About the Department of Nutrition

Introduction

The Department of Nutrition at China Medical University was established in the 1989 academic year to align with the university’s strategic development goals and to meet the increasing societal demand for health and nutrition professionals. A Master’s program was launched in 2000, followed by a Doctoral program in 2010, forming a comprehensive educational system dedicated to the cultivation of talent in nutritional science.
